VetKriterMatch Child Safety Standards

This page explains the standards we apply in VetKriterMatch social features against child sexual abuse and exploitation.

Last updated: 15 June 2026

1. Scope

These standards apply to social surfaces in VetKriterMatch, including profiles, pet profiles, feed, posting, discover, connections, notifications, reporting and the safety center. VetKriterMatch is not designed as an app for children.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

  • Any content, request, implication or direction connected to child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Images, videos, text, links or user behavior that may be considered CSAM/CSAE.
  • Grooming, sextortion, attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes, or inappropriate communication targeting children.
  • Sharing, requesting, storing, promoting or facilitating content that endangers child safety.

3. Reporting and Blocking

VetKriterMatch users can report content, profiles or safety concerns in the app and block other users. Reporting, blocking, account deletion and core safety flows are not placed behind a paid subscription.

4. Review and Enforcement

We review reported content and accounts. If a violation is found, content may be removed and accounts may be restricted or closed. Where required, evidence may be preserved under legal obligations and reported to appropriate authorities.

5. Legal Compliance

VetKriterMatch aims to comply with applicable child safety laws and cooperate with valid legal requests. Confirmed CSAM/CSAE cases may be reported to appropriate authorities as required by applicable law.
